Eligibility Criteria for ICANN Fellowship Program 2026
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Open to individuals from all regions and disciplines.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be working on or interested in ICANN-related fields such as:
- Policy building
- Domain Name System (DNS)
- Internet security and stability
- Must complete the mandatory ICANN Learn course.
- Should not be involved in any other ICANN-supported travel program during the same period.
- Policy Forum applicants must have completed a previous ICANN Fellowship.
- Must not have received more than 2 fellowships in the past.

- Only ICANN Fellowship Program Alumni are eligible for the ICANN86 Policy Forum Fellowship.
- Must attend all ICANN Fellowship activities and the ICANN Public Meeting.
- Must engage with alumni and community members.
- Must complete the post-meeting survey.
- After completing the fellowship, fellows must contribute to ICANN policy development processes.
